ABOUT HYROX

HYROX combines running and functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Each race is hosted indoors, where spectators can support you from the beginning to the end.

HYROX is perfect for fitness enthusiasts and everyday people looking to challenge themselves and take their training to the next level... HYROX is the sport for everybody.

HOW WE AT THE PT HUB ARE GOING TO GET YOUR HYROX READY?

1. Face-To-Face Training:


You will get upto 8 x Performance Based INTROX Sessions every 4 weeks on your exclusive Hyrox Program. PLUS.. You'll have access to a coach for race day prep and a training framework for up to 12 weeks at a time, Which includes Running, Strength & Condtioning and Recovery protocols.


2. Community Support:


Join an incredible community of members and coaches, many of whom are also training for HYROX. Experience the amazing atmosphere as you meet and train with friends who will motivate you every step of the way.


3. Structured Running Program:

Develop a strong running foundation with a plan designed to minimise injury risk and enhance your running ability-critical for the 50% running aspect of HYROX.


4. Exclusive Member Events:

As part of our commitment to building the best fitness community in Ayrshire, enjoy exclusive invites to our member events. We believe these events contribute to better long-term results for our members. These include Hyrox Simulations, Hill Climbs and more...

5. Onboarding Session:

WHAT FOUNDER CHRIS HAS TO SAY ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

Having Coached Members of our gym into Hyrox over the last 3 years, Mixed with Online Coaching and competing in Hyrox numerous times myself, I'm ready to level people up and prepare them for Hyrox via tailored In-person Coaching. I'm excited to help people who are ready to give Hyrox a shot but either lack the knowledge in training or confidence to do so. One of the biggest misconceptions out there is that to do Hyrox you simple do Hyrox Simulators or practice the race. This is a shortcut to burnout without progress for sure. We will be ensuring we prepare clients in the best way possible making sure they are STRONG enough, FIT enough and most importantly CONFIDENT they can achieve their goals.
